Betsy Beach Koch is a search consultant focusing on operations positions. Betsy brings to Coleman & Company over a decade of experience in recruiting where she has specialized in all personnel levels at brokerage and financial service firms. Betsy has established an expertise in client service, administrative and operations positions for financial services clients in the New York City, Westchester and Fairfield County area.
Betsy began her career with the American Express Company in Washington, DC where she worked in sales and marketing in increasingly senior capacities. Her increasing responsibilities brought her to New York City to work at American Express Headquarters where her abilities in client servicing and marketing eventually led her to her current career in the recruitment field.
Betsy has also held several non-profit positions. She has most recently worked for Corporate Angel Network, a company that coordinates the use of corporate jets to transport cancer patients who need to travel for their treatment. Through this position, Betsy worked with many Fortune 500 companies to secure empty seats for patients.
Betsy graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
