Jim brings over
twenty five years of Financial Services search experience
to Coleman & Company,
including twenty years with his own firm. Assignments have
been completed in diverse disciplines such as Risk Management,
Operations, Trust Services, Finance and Accounting, Asset
Management, Capital Markets and Marketing and Sales. For
six years prior to forming his own firm, Jim was Vice
President and Manager of banking clients for the New York
City based recruiting firm E. J. Rhodes.
Prior to his career in executive search, Jim worked
for ten years in the financial services sector with the Equitable
Life Assurance Society, Bradford Trust Co. and Marine Midland
Bank. While with these organizations, Jim held positions
in marketing, sales and operations.
Jim received an MBA from Fordham
University and a BA from Marist College
