Megan Sibley is a search consultant focusing on marketing professionals in alternative and traditional asset management. Megan Sibley brings to Coleman & Company 10 years of solid Wall Street marketing experience in the financial services marketing arena. Megan began her career at Neuberger & Berman working in marketing with the Institutional Director of Marketing and Client Service. Following that, she worked at Avatar Associates, a money management firm with a strong concentration in the retail and "wrap fee" business. As the National Marketing Associate, Megan created and maintained all wrap and institutional marketing material for the investment products.
Following her time at Avatar, Megan joined the PaineWebber (subsequently UBS) Alternative Investment Group as an Assistant Vice President in Marketing. This group provided investment management services to qualified high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients who wished to invest in domestic and offshore alternative investment strategies. They provided investment opportunities across diverse strategies, including long/short equity (growth and value), event-driven, global macro and relative-value strategies. Megan managed the marketing aspects of all new hedge fund launches and all requisite materials that were needed in conjunction with the launches.
Megan graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Government.
