About the Job:

Work with senior partners on transaction execution
Primary and Secondary research
Financial modeling
Valuations
Transaction screening and structuring
Active involvement with the management and directors of portfolio companies

About You:

Associate - 2-3 years of banking or top consulting firm
VP - 2-3 years of banking/consulting plus 2-3 years of PE/VC/Growth Equity/Real Estate PE, MBA and then 1-2 years additional experience
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
