Willa Beth Salles manages the resume-writing division of Coleman & Company.  She brings more than 15 years of financial services search and resume preparation experience, but it is her creativity and natural optimism that truly set her apart.  

Willa developed her expertise at a division of American Express where she was a Marketing Manager for the Capital Markets technology department.   Her unique function involved meeting with managers throughout the firm to determine their diverse needs for business reporting tools.  As a consequence, Willa gained a rare understanding of each department’s contribution to the businesses of a global, capital markets leader.  She subsequently addressed the same function, on a larger scale, for Merrill Lynch.

Her knowledge of financial services ultimately led her to executive search, placing mid- to senior-level candidates in a wide array of positions on both the buy-side and the sell-side. Resume writing and career counseling were a natural extension.
