Our client, a prestigious multi billion dollar Connecticut based fixed income alternative asset management firm is seeking a Director of Marketing to join their Investor Relations team to build out their long-only business with institutional investors and new channels. This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations.

About the Job:

Develop and generate new business partnerships in new markets and existing accounts
Identify sales opportunities and address business issues
Close business realizing maximum revenue potential
Prepare and deliver market presentations

About You:

Understand and can speak fluently about fixed income strategies including structured products
Top academic and professional pedigree
8-10 years of fund marketing experience specifically raising assets
Sold to and maintain a diverse investor base
Demonstrated expertise in strategic account planning, cold calling and lead development
Ability to travel outside the local area
