Our client, based in New York City, is a financial consulting and rating firm with a need to add an attorney to their Structured Finance Team covering Aviation and ABS transactions. This is an opportunity to become directly involved in the analytical and business aspects of transactions while offering legal expertise in structured transactions. Our client will consider providing relocation to the New York area.

About the Job:

Review transaction documents and legal opinions for Aviation Finance, ABS and RMBS transactions
Coordinate with Rating Analysts on legal issues relating primarily to Aviation Finance
Provide analysis of transaction structures and deal documents to committees and analysts
Draft and edit reports
Coordinate with outside counsel on documentation

About You:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Large law firm experience
Minimum of five years in Aviation Finance
Strong oral and written communication skills; strong editing skills
