Our client, an M&A boutique focused on Latin America, is looking for an executive assistant to support the Placement Agent team. This individual will support the Partner and Managing Director in handling relations with potential investors and clients. Duties will include answering and screening phone calls, managing, organizing, and updating the firm’s contact database and scheduling client meetings and follow-up on contacts with clients and investors. Other duties will include maintaining client records, responding to client inquiries and resolving any client issues. The assistant will also be responsible for back-up assistance to the CFO and Office Manager. Our client offers a competitive salary, benefits and high growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years previous experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft Office Skills and preferably proficiency in Spanish. This position is based in Miami, FL.


  • Bachelor degree is required
  • 3-5 years previous experience as executive assistant
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency & ability to multitask & prioritize
  • Familiar with customer relationship management software and database management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook, PowerPoint; data and systems oriented
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus
  • Preferably US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
