Our client, an M&A boutique focused on Latin America, is looking for an analyst who has completed the corporate finance program at one of the large investment banks. The analyst will support the Investment Banking team in the execution of M&A, debt and equity capital raising, and restructuring transactions in Latin America and the US. Responsibilities will include preparing analytics, company and industry research, financial modeling, valuation by DCF and multiples. The analyst will participate in due diligence and data room preparation and management. There will be significant involvement in transactions and client interaction. This position is based in Miami, FL and requires strong proficiency in Spanish.

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in M&A and investment banking with a recognized investment bank
Successful completion of the internal/external training program of such recognized investment bank
Undergraduate degree from a top U.S. educational institution with an excellent GPA
Preferably FINRA registered representative with Series 7, 79 or equivalent or willingness to take tests if needed
Preferably deal experience in Latin America
Outstanding modeling skills with Microsoft Excel
Strong presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
Capacity to work independently and manage an intense agenda
Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work independently
Willingness to travel
Preferably US citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders)
