About the Job:

  • Support business development efforts by gathering, analyzing and presenting data for RFPs, RFIs and Due Diligence Questionnaires
  • Review and update investment product and company information on investment databases.
  • Develop strong working relationships with operations, sales, client service and investment teams to produce effective, timely and accurate deliverables
  • Review and consolidate data from multiple contributors to ensure responses are accurate and presented in an understandable manner
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop tools to create more efficient methods of gathering and reporting data

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of investment management experience, including familiarity with investment industry databases
  • Comfort and skill managing large volumes of data: advanced Excel/VBA skills and ability to set up macros preferred
  • Strong process management skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects while maintaining integrity of data.
  • Understanding of fixed income, equity and alternative investment strategies a plus

Director of Financial Reporting

This role oversees the preparation and distribution of financial statements for external use and provides an opportunity to collaborate across the organization to ensure compliance with professional standards, SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. About the Job:

  • Supervise the preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC required documents in a timely manner
  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the external reporting process and the related documentation
  • Prepare quarterly communications with the Company’s Audit Committee
  • Oversee preparation and review of information in support of the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews
  • Point person for the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort
  • Point person for the review, preparation and coordination of the Company’s statutory reporting requirements
  • Document policies and procedures surrounding accounting processes

Analyst, KYC and Compliance, Latin America
